AQA Unit 1A Law Making

Unit 1A comprises four main areas; Parliamentary Law Making is concerned with the explanation and evaluation of how Parliament makes law; Delegated Legislation explains and evaluates how law is also made by bodies to whom Parliament has delegated law-making powers; Statutory Interpretation considers how the judges approach the task of interpreting Acts of Parliament and Judicial Precedent is concerned with the explanation of law made by the judges in cases which come before them in the courts.
